ALASKAN Summer

A larger than life experience only Alaska can deliver!

Let WRI Biologists take you on a wild tour of Alaska's summertime! Catch a float plane with us and spend your first 2 nights immersed in Alaskan Brown Bear country and tour the Clark Wilderness Area by helicopter between pontooning or kayaking your days away at the fabulous Redoubt Bay Lodge. Optional private salmon fishing at night at Jumping Bear Cove. Then, we'll take you on an epic road trip for a plantlife & wildlife tour where you'll bird (yes, that's a verb!) by land and by sea to view bald eagles, two species of puffin, rhinoceros auklets as well as humpback and orca whales, sea otters, more bears, the stellar Steller sea lion just to name a few... and of course glaciers galore! Start from Anchorage and head to Seward with us, then catch the ferry to Valdez, and finally drive back to Anchorage to catch your return flight home or head to nearby Denali National Park on your own in case that's on your bucket list too!
